Ingredients
- 200 g Sushi Rice
- 240 ml Water
- 1 EL Rice Vinegar
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 100 g Tuna Fillet
- 1 Stück avocado
- 2 Stück Nori Sheets
- 2 EL Sesame Seeds
- 1 Prise wasabi
- zum Servieren Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cook rice thoroughly.
- 2. Let the rice cool and mix with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- 3. Place nori on the sushi mat and evenly cover with rice.
- 4. Cut tuna and avocado into strips and place in the center.
- 5. Roll up the sushi and sprinkle with sesame.
- 6. Cut into pieces and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
