Ingredients
- 250 g eel (grilled)
- 4 EL soy sauce
- 2 EL mirin
- 2 Portionen cooked rice
- 1 cucumber
- 2 Blätter seaweed
Instructions
- 1. Grill eel and glaze with soy sauce and mirin.
- 2. Serve cooked rice in bowls.
- 3. Place grilled eel on top of rice.
- 4. Slice cucumber thinly.
- 5. Garnish with cucumber and seaweed.
- 6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
