Ingredients
- 200g Corn flour
- 500ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Slowly add the corn flour while stirring continuously.
- 3. Reduce heat and cook the ugali while stirring until it thickens.
- 4. Remove ugali from the pot and put it in a bowl.
- 5. Smooth it with a wet spoon and serve.
