Ingredients
- 200 g Cucumber
- 250 g Natural yogurt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Vinegar
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 EL dill
Instructions
- 1. Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Finely chop or press garlic.
- 3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill.
- 4. Stir well and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- 5. Taste and serve as desired.
