🍲 Sugar Beet Roulade with Quark Filling

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Sugar beets (large)
- 200 g Cottage cheese (low fat)
- 150 g Low-fat quark
- 1 Bund Chives
- 30 g Butter
- nach Belieben Salt and pepper
- 50 g Walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Wash the beets and bake them unpeeled for 50 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius until tender.
- 2. Take the beets out, peel them, and slice them lengthwise into thin slices. Let them cool.
- 3. Mix the cottage cheese, quark, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 4. Fry the walnuts in the butter briefly and let them cool.
- 5. Spread the quark mixture thinly over the beet slices. Roll them tightly into roulades.
- 6. Place the roulades in a baking dish. Add the remaining butter on top and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
