Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Olive Oil

Instructions
- 1. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft.
- 2. Add the diced tomatoes and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 3. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir them until they reach desired consistency.
- 4. Season with salt and serve warm.
