Ingredients
- 100 g, in Scheiben Daikon Radish
- 1 TL Salt
- 2 EL Rice Vinegar
- 1 TL Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Slice daikon radish.
- 2. Sprinkle radish with salt and let sit for a while (5 mins).
- 3. Mix sugar and rice vinegar and pickle radish with it.
- 4. Let sit in fridge for a few hours.
- 5. Serve as a side dish.
