Ingredients
- 200 g Ramen noodles
- 200 g Pork belly
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 Green onions
- 50 g Bamboo shoots
- 2 Egg (soft-boiled)
- 500 ml Broth
Instructions
- 1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain.
- 2. Cut pork belly into small cubes and fry.
- 3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and broth.
- 4. Arrange noodles on a plate, garnish with pork and green onions.
- 5. Serve with broth on the side for dipping the noodles.
