Ingredients
- 200 g Chickpeas
- 200 g Beef Brisket
- 100 g Pork
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
Instructions
- 1. Soak chickpeas overnight.
- 2. Sauté meat and onion in a large pot.
- 3. Add chickpeas and bay leaf.
- 4. Cover with water and simmer.
- 5. Add carrots and potatoes, continue simmering.
- 6. Season and serve.
