🐟 Traditional Valencian Paella

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 150 g Chicken
- 150 g Rabbit Leg
- 100 g Green Beans
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Prise Saffron
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 500 ml Broth
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken and rabbit into cubes.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a paella pan and brown the meat.
- 3. Add garlic, green beans, and bell pepper, sautéing for a few minutes.
- 4. Add tomatoes and let simmer.
- 5. Add rice, broth, and saffron, mixing everything.
- 6. Cook over medium heat until the rice is soft.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve.
