🥗 Traditional Varenyky with Potatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 300 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Onion
- 50 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter.
- 3. Mix the mashed potatoes with the sautéed onions.
- 4. Knead flour, egg, and water into a dough.
- 5. Roll out the dough, cut into circles, and fill with the mixture.
- 6. Cook varenykas in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes.
- 7. Serve with melted butter.
