🥘 Classic Spanish Potato Tortilla

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Onions
- 6 Eggs
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 10 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
- 2. Cut the onions into fine strips.
- 3. Fry the potatoes and onions in olive oil over medium heat for about 20 minutes until soft, but not brown.
- 4. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl and stir them into the drained potatoes.
- 5. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and fry it over low heat for about 8 minutes until firm.
- 6. Turn the tortilla out onto a large plate and slide it back into the pan.
- 7. Fry the second side for another 6 minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Let the tortilla cool for a few minutes and cut it into pieces.
