Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 5 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and slice potatoes and onion thinly.
- 2. Sauté in olive oil until soft.
- 3. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season.
- 4. Add the potato-onion mixture to the eggs and mix well.
- 5. Pour into the pan and cook on low heat, then flip.
- 6. Cook until set and serve.
