🍝 Tortellini with Mushroom Filling

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and eggs well and knead into a dough.
- 2. Finely chop mushrooms, onion, and garlic and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper to the mushroom filling.
- 4. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out small circles.
- 5. Place a small amount of mushroom filling in the center of each circle and fold over.
- 6. Cook in boiling water until the tortellini float to the top.
