🍲 Tonkotsu Ramen

Ingredients
- 400 g Pork belly
- 200 g Chicken carcasses
- 2 l Water
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 2 EL Miso paste
- 200 g Ramen noodles
- 2 Green onions
- 50 g Chashu (marinated meat)
Instructions
- 1. Add pork belly and chicken carcasses to a large pot.
- 2. Fill with water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours.
- 4. Strain the broth and season with soy sauce and miso paste.
- 5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- 6. Portion noodles into bowls, pour over broth, and garnish with chashu and green onions.
