🍳 Tomato Basil Frittata

Ingredients
- 6 Stk Medium eggs
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 10 g Fresh basil, roughly chopped
- 30 g Parmesan, grated
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
- 2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the halved tomatoes to the pan and fry them for 5 minutes until soft.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and sprinkle the Parmesan and basil over it.
- 6. Cook the frittata on the stove for 3 minutes over medium heat until the edges set.
- 7. Place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown and the center is set.
- 8. Remove the frittata from the pan, cut it into 4 pieces, and serve warm.
