🍅 Roasted Tomato Basil Crostini

Ingredients
- 400 g Ciabatta bread (sliced)
- 100 g Onion (finely diced)
- 400 g Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 20 g Fresh basil (chopped)
- 60 ml Olive oil (extra virgin)
- 20 ml Dark balsamic vinegar
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake them for 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Timer: 5
- 3. In a bowl, mix the diced onion, halved tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Spoon the tomato mixture evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
