Ingredients
- 500g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 20g Fresh Basil
- 500ml Vegetable Broth
- 100ml Cream
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in a large pot.
- 2. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and basil, cook for 15 minutes.
- 4. Blend until smooth.
- 5. Stir in cream and serve.
