Ingredients
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Basil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- 2. Add bell pepper, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add tomatoes, briefly sauté.
- 4. Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Season with basil, salt, and pepper.
