🥗 Tomato Basil Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 20 g Fresh basil
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 15 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it in salted water according to package instructions (approx. 15 minutes). Let it cool down.
- 2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Pick the basil leaves off the stems.
- 3. Crumble the feta cheese into coarse pieces.
- 4. In a large bowl, mix the cooled quinoa, tomatoes, basil, and feta.
- 5. Whisk the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything gently.
