  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it in salted water according to package instructions (approx. 15 minutes). Let it cool down.
  2. 2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Pick the basil leaves off the stems.
  3. 3. Crumble the feta cheese into coarse pieces.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, mix the cooled quinoa, tomatoes, basil, and feta.
  5. 5. Whisk the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything gently.
