🥙 Sun-Dried Tomato & Goat Cheese Wrap with Herb Quark

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Whole wheat tortillas (20 cm diameter)
- 200 g Cream cheese (double cream)
- 20 g Fresh herbs (chives, parsley)
- 100 g Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 150 g Goat cheese (cylinder)
- 1 Stück Spring onion, finely sliced
- 10 ml Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- 1. Wash the herbs and chop them very finely.
- 2. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 3. Slice the goat cheese cylinder into thick slices.
- 4. Remove the sun-dried tomatoes from the oil and cut them into small strips.
- 5. Spread a thin layer of the herb cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
- 6. Place 2-3 goat cheese slices in the center, followed by the tomato strips and spring onion rings.
- 7. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then the sides towards the center, and roll it up tightly.
- 8. Lightly brush the outside of the roll with olive oil and cut it diagonally in half.
