Ingredients
- 200 g shrimp
- 50 g aromatic herbs
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 EL lime juice
- 1 EL chili paste
- 1 EL fish sauce
- 1 TL sugar
- 500 ml water
- 1 onion
Instructions
- 1. Boil water with onion and aromatic herbs.
- 2. Add shrimp and let them cook briefly.
- 3. Add coconut milk, lime juice, chili paste, fish sauce, and sugar.
- 4. Stir well and adjust seasoning to taste.
- 5. Serve the soup in bowls and enjoy.
