Ingredients
- 150g Tofu
- 2 EL Lime Juice
- 2 Stück Chilies
- 30g Cilantro
- 1/2 Stück Onion
- 100g Carrot
- 1 EL Fish Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into cubes and fry.
- 2. Shred carrot and cut onion into fine pieces.
- 3. Mix lime juice, fish sauce, and chili in a bowl.
- 4. Add carrot, onion, and tofu.
- 5. Mix well and garnish with cilantro.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
