- 250g Shrimp
- 400ml Chicken broth
- 100g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 3 Lime leaves
Instructions
- 1. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add onion, tomato, and mushrooms.
- 3. Add lime leaves and shrimp.
- 4. Simmer for 5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked.
- 5. Season with lime juice and serve.
