Ingredients
- 200g Shrimp
- 500ml Chicken broth
- 3 Blätter Kaffir lime leaves
- 1 EL Chili paste
- 2 EL Lemon juice
- 1 Handvoll Thai basil
Instructions
- 1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add the kaffir lime leaves and chili paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- 5. Serve topped with freshly chopped Thai basil.
