Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 400ml coconut milk
- 200ml chicken broth
- 20g galangal
- 2 Stängel lemongrass
- 1 Bund coriander
- 1 Stück chili
- 2 EL lime juice
Instructions
- 1. Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces.
- 2. Slice the galangal and lemongrass and bring them to a boil with the chicken broth in a pot.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 4. Add the coconut milk, lime juice, and chopped chili and stir well.
- 5. Remove the pot from heat and stir in freshly chopped coriander.
- 6. Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with additional coriander if desired.
