Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 Stange lemongrass
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 EL lime juice
- 2 EL fish sauce
- 1 chili
- 30 g fresh cilantro
- 1 onion
Instructions
- 1. Add onion and lemongrass to a pot and heat with coconut milk.
- 2. Cut chicken into strips and add to the pot.
- 3. Add kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, fish sauce, and chili.
- 4. Cook briefly until the chicken is fully cooked.
- 5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
