Ingredients
- 200g Chicken breast
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 200ml Chicken broth
- 1 Lime
- 30g Cilantro
- 1 Stück Galangal
Instructions
- 1. Slice chicken into thin strips.
- 2. Heat broth and coconut milk in a pot.
- 3. Add galangal and lime, simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Add chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
