Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken breast
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Lime
- 3 Stück Kaffir lime leaves
- 2 EL Fish sauce
- 1 Stück chili
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into pieces.
- 2. Sauté onion, then add coconut milk.
- 3. Add mushrooms and chicken, cook for 10 minutes.
- 4. Add fish sauce and kaffir lime leaves.
- 5. Season with lime juice and chili.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
