🥗 Tofu Scramble with Spinach

Ingredients
- 250g Firm tofu
- 100g Spinach
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Turmeric
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
- 2. Crumble tofu and add with spinach. Season with turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until spinach is wilted.
