Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 4 Whole grain bread
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 2 Olive oil
- 4 Radishes
- 1 Chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.
- 2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- 3. Mash the avocado with a fork and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 5. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
- 6. Top with radish slices, sprinkle with chili flakes, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
