🥗 Tyrolean Hash

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 100 g Pork
- 1 Stück Onions
- 30 g butter
- 2 EL Chives
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 2 Stück Egg
Instructions
- 1. Peel, cube, and cook potatoes in salted water.
- 2. Sauté onions and pork in a pan.
- 3. Add cooked potatoes and mix well.
- 4. Fry in the pan for a few minutes until crispy.
- 5. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
- 6. Serve optionally with a fried egg.
