☕ Quick Tiramisu without raw eggs

Ingredients
- 250 g Ladyfingers
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 80 g Sugar
- 200 ml Whole milk
- 200 ml Espresso (cooled)
- 20 g Cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Mix mascarpone and sugar in a bowl using a hand mixer until creamy.
- 2. Mix the cold espresso with the milk in a shallow dish.
- 3. Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the coffee milk and place them in a baking dish.
- 4. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the biscuits. Repeat the layers once.
- 5. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
