Ingredients
- 300 g chicken
- 1 Stück onion
- 400 g diced tomatoes
- 2 Stück chipotle in adobo
- 2 Stück garlic cloves
- 1 TL cumin
- 1 TL salt
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL oregano
- 4 Stück tortillas
Instructions
- 1. Cook and shred the chicken.
- 2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- 3. Add tomatoes, chipotle, cumin, and oregano.
- 4. Stir in chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Fill into tortillas and serve.
