Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken Breast
- 100 g Natural Yogurt
- 150 g Tomato Passata
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (2 cm) Ginger
- 1 TL garam masala
- frisch Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Cube chicken and marinate with yogurt.
- 2. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Sauté onions in a pan and add cubed chicken.
- 4. Add tomato passata and spices, let simmer.
- 5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
