🍖 Tibs (Grilled Meat Dish)

Ingredients
- 300 g beef
- 1 Stück onion
- 1 Stück bell pepper
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 EL berbere spice mix
- 2 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Chop onion, bell pepper, garlic and ginger, and sauté in oil.
- 3. Add beef and cook for about 15 minutes.
- 4. Add berbere spice mix and continue to fry briefly.
- 5. Serve with salad or injera.
