Ingredients
- 300g Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 cm Ginger
- 2 EL Berbere Spice
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut meat into thin strips and season with salt.
- 2. Sauté onion in oil until golden brown.
- 3. Add garlic, ginger, and berbere, then stir-fry the meat.
- 4. Add bell pepper and fry for another 5 minutes.
