🥘 Colorful Tian with Herb Yoghurt

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Zucchini
- 120 g Goat Cheese
- 150 g Plain Yoghurt
- 2 EL Dill
- 1 TL Garlic (minced)
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Sweet Paprika Powder
- nach Belieben Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 2. Peel the potatoes and slice them very thinly. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin slices as well.
- 3. Mix the yoghurt with the chopped dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set the sauce aside.
- 4. Place the vegetable slices alternating and overlapping in a greased baking dish. Dot them with 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 5. Place the goat cheese balls over the vegetables and press them down slightly. Sprinkle with paprika powder.
- 6. Place a piece of baking paper on top of the dish (do not let it touch the food). Bake the tian for 35 minutes in the oven.
- 7. Remove the baking paper and bake for another 10 minutes without cover, until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
- 8. Serve the tian warm, drizzled with the herb yoghurt sauce.
