  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and slice them very thinly. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin slices as well.
  3. 3. Mix the yoghurt with the chopped dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set the sauce aside.
  4. 4. Place the vegetable slices alternating and overlapping in a greased baking dish. Dot them with 2 tbsp olive oil.
  5. 5. Place the goat cheese balls over the vegetables and press them down slightly. Sprinkle with paprika powder.
  6. 6. Place a piece of baking paper on top of the dish (do not let it touch the food). Bake the tian for 35 minutes in the oven.
  7. 7. Remove the baking paper and bake for another 10 minutes without cover, until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
  8. 8. Serve the tian warm, drizzled with the herb yoghurt sauce.
