🍆 Caramelized Aubergine Tian with Avocado Quark

Ingredients
- 300 g Aubergine
- 200 g Sour Cream Cheese (20% fat)
- 100 g Ripe Avocado
- 20 ml Olive Oil
- 5 g Thyme (dried)
- 30 g Raisins
- 40 g Walnuts (roasted, chopped)
- 10 ml Lemon (juice)
- 3 g Garlic Powder
- 4 g Salt
- 2 g Chili Flakes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- 2. Slice the aubergine and place the slices on a baking sheet.
- 3. Pat the aubergine slices dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Brush the slices with olive oil, thyme, and garlic powder.
- 5. Bake the aubergine for 20 minutes in the oven until soft.
- 6. Mix the quark, mashed avocado, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- 7. Season the quark mixture with salt and chili flakes.
- 8. Remove the aubergine from the oven and spread the quark cream on top.
- 9. Sprinkle the roasted walnuts and raisins over the tian.
- 10. Serve the dish warm or at room temperature.
