🍲 Thyme Oven Vegetables in the Dablette

Ingredients
- 200 g Zucchini
- 200 g Eggplant
- 15 ml Raspberry vinegar
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Fresh thyme
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini and eggplant thoroughly and cut them into thick slices.
- 2. Grease a baking sheet or a dablette (a shallow, rectangular baking dish) with some oil.
- 3. Mix the raspberry vinegar and the remaining olive oil in a small bowl.
- 4. Place the vegetable slices side by side in the dish and brush them with the vinegar-oil mixture.
- 5. Scatter the fresh thyme leaves evenly over the vegetables.
- 6. Bake the vegetables at 200 degrees Celsius convection for 25 minutes until golden brown.
