🥗 Thai Tofu with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 250g tofu
- 3 EL peanut butter
- 150ml coconut milk
- 1 TL chili powder
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 200g vegetables (e.g. broccoli and carrots)
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into cubes and drain.
- 2. Prepare chosen vegetables and steam.
- 3. Mix peanut butter, coconut milk, chili powder and soy sauce.
- 4. Sauté tofu in a pan until golden brown.
- 5. Pour peanut sauce over tofu and simmer briefly.
- 6. Serve with vegetables.
