🥗 Thai Mango Salad

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
- 40 g cilantro
- 2 EL lime juice
- 1 EL fish sauce
- 1 chili
- 1 TL sugar
Instructions
- 1. Slice mango, carrot, and onion into thin strips.
- 2. Finely chop chili and mix with lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar.
- 3. Combine sliced ingredients in a bowl and pour the sauce over.
- 4. Mix well and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- 5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
