🍛 Thai Coconut Curry with Tofu

Ingredients
- 200 g tofu
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 150 g broccoli
- 1 carrot
- 1 lime
- 2 EL curry paste
- 1 TL coriander
- 200 g rice
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice.
- 2. Cut tofu into cubes and fry.
- 3. Chop vegetables and add to tofu.
- 4. Add coconut milk and curry paste, simmer.
- 5. Season with lime juice and add coriander.
- 6. Serve with rice.
