🥗 Thai Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 carrots
- 1 chili peppers
- 30 g cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 EL fish sauce
- 1 TL sugar
- 30 g peanuts
Instructions
- 1. Slice cucumbers and carrots into thin strips.
- 2. Finely chop chili and mix with fish sauce and sugar.
- 3. Combine cucumber and carrot with the mixture and toss well.
- 4. Season with lime juice and garnish with cilantro.
- 5. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
