🥗 Thai Fried Bananas

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 100g Rice Flour
- 50g Sugar
- 100ml Coconut Milk
- 500ml Oil
- 1 EL Sesame
- 1 Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut bananas in half lengthwise and then into 3 cm pieces.
- 2. Mix rice flour, sugar, salt, and coconut milk in a bowl until smooth.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and dip banana pieces into the batter.
- 4. Fry banana pieces until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
- 5. Sprinkle with sesame and serve warm.
