🍽️ Thai Airfryer Pad Thai

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 150 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Sugar
- 2 EL Fish sauce
- 1 EL Soy sauce
- 100 g Shrimp
- 1 EL Sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with hot water and add the 200 g rice noodles.
- 2. Let the noodles soak for 15 minutes, until they are soft but still have a bite.
- 3. Drain the water and let the noodles drain completely in a colander.
- 4. Cut the 150 g chicken breast fillet into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 5. Marinate the meat with 2 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce in a bowl.
- 6. Peel the 2 cloves of garlic and chop them finely.
- 7. Dice the 1 onion finely.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C until it beeps.
- 9. Put the marinated chicken and the 100 g raw shrimp into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Fry the meat and shrimp for 5 minutes at 180 °C, until the meat is cooked through.
- 11. Remove the basket and add the drained rice noodles and the onions.
- 12. Add the finely chopped garlic, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
- 13. Shake the basket vigorously to mix everything evenly with the sauce.
- 14. Fry the noodle mixture for another 2 minutes at 180 °C, until it is slightly crispy.
- 15. Crack the egg in a pan and scramble it until it is creamy and set.
- 16. Gently fold the egg pieces into the finished Pad Thai, being careful not to break them.
- 17. Serve the Pad Thai immediately: The meat is tender and the noodles have a bite.
