Ingredients
- 300g Flour
- 200g Cheese
- 50g butter
- 1 Eggs
- 1/2 TL Salt
- zum Frittieren Frying oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, butter, egg, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Knead the dough until smooth, then let rest for 30 minutes.
- 3. Roll out the dough and cut into strips, wrap cheese.
- 4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
