Ingredients
- 200 g shrimps
- 200 g vegetables (e.g. zucchini, carrots)
- 100 g tempura batter
- 1 l oil for frying
- 4 EL soy sauce
- 2 Portionen cooked rice
- 2 spring onion
Instructions
- 1. Slice vegetables thinly.
- 2. Peel and devein the shrimps.
- 3. Prepare tempura batter according to instructions.
- 4. Heat oil and fry the vegetable slices and shrimps.
- 5. Arrange fried ingredients over the cooked rice.
- 6. Drizzle with soy sauce and garnish with spring onions.
