🥗 Tempeh Tacos with Avocado

Ingredients
- 200g tempeh
- 4 tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 30g cilantro
- 2 EL lime juice
- 1 bell pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut tempeh into small cubes.
- 2. Dice bell pepper. Chop cilantro.
- 3. Sauté tempeh in a pan until golden brown.
- 4. Add bell pepper and sauté briefly.
- 5. Season with lime juice and cilantro.
- 6. Fill tortillas, add avocado and serve.
