🍜 Tempeh Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 g tempeh
- 1 bell pepper
- 150 g broccoli
- 1 zucchini
- 3 EL soy sauce
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL ginger
- 1 EL sesame oil
- 2 spring onion
Instructions
- 1. Cut tempeh into cubes.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into strips.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the tempeh.
- 4. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add the vegetables and soy sauce and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
